Rückenglück & Psoas Connection 2026

In the second half of August 2026 we invite you to a nourishing retreat dedicated to your back and your connection to your body. Surrounded by nature and far away from everyday distractions, Rückenglück & The Psoas Connection offers space for deep relaxation, physical and mental balancing... and if you wish, to gently let go of the digital world for a while.

You can choose one week or two. Both weeks offer unique, complementary foci, suitable for newcomers as well as those wishing to deepen their experience by staying longer.

Holistic all-inclusive back training

For over 20 years, Michaela’s happiness for your back has been supporting people in counterbalancing long hours of sitting, accumulated tension and modern-day stress.

Her approach blends effective exercises from traditional methods such a yoga and Pilates with the latest knowledge from medical training theory in a joyful and surprisingly simple way.

Expect movement that strengthens, mobilizes and nourishes your back without pressure.

The Psoas Connection - individual and group lessons

The Psoas Connection complements the happiness for your back training with an individual session in which restricted movement, injuries and pain are addressed. As an experienced movement analyst and scientist, Kerstin helps you to quickly get back into the flow of movement using her extensive Myoreflex Therapy knowledge, various somatic methods and her PhD in fascia research.

In the Psoas Connection group lessons, touch and gentle movement reflect and modify individual movement habits. A deeper understanding of one's own body develops, regulates the nervous system and improves the ease with which the back happiness exercises can be performed.

This work supports you in moving with more freedom, ease and awareness long beyond the retreat.

Come as you are

Very simple and suitable for everyone. Your outlook on life deserves an upgrade.

The daily routine is basically the same in weeks I + II, but the exercises and content of the training units will of course vary.
