Rückenglück & Myoreflex - Week I
A holistic back health training workshop with Michaela Kratky (AT) and Kerstin Kussmaul (IT, AT)

Rückenglück & Myoreflex - Week I
Rückenglück & Myoreflex is a holistic back health training retreat in the second half of August 2025. It offers the perfect setting for deep relaxation, physical and mental balance and - for those who want it - the perfect ambience for a week of slowing down and digital detox, because the secluded location charmingly invites you to reflect on the here and now.
Holistic all-inclusive back training
For more than 20 years, Michaela's happiness for your back training has been helping people to balance the strains of our time - sitting, lack of exercise and stress - with simple physical exercises in a time-efficient and relaxed manner.
The basic idea behind her method is to combine the most efficient exercises from traditional methods (yoga & Pilates) with the latest findings from medical training theory. And in a way that makes training a real pleasure.
Myoreflex - individual and group lessons
The Embodied Myoreflex Practice complements the happiness for your back training with an individual session in which weak body areas, restricted movement, balance and pain are addressed. As an experienced movement analyst, Kerstin helps you to quickly get back into the flow of movement.
In the Myoreflex group lessons, touch and gentle movement reflect individual movement habits. A deeper understanding of one's own body develops and improves the ease with which the back happiness exercises can be performed.
Come as you are
Very simple and suitable for everyone. Your attitude to life deserves an upgrade.
The daily routine is basically the same in weeks I + II, but the exercises and content of the training units will of course vary.
